In 2017, Shine His Light Investments LLC company was founded in Evans, Georgia, with the intent of supporting the surrounding areas of Augusta, Martinez, North Augusta and Aiken, also known as the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA).

We strive to help both property owners and non property owners with their housing needs. We build lasting relationships, enhance neighborhoods, and receive referrals for potential properties for purchase; thereby brightening futures one home at a time. By helping others, we have an opportunity to help the community through increasing neighborhood home values and ultimately, we strive to deliver great rental homes, in great neighborhoods to fantastic tenants.

It is our hope to continue building this business, so we can give back more to the community, specifically: assisting patients with Angel Flights to receive medical treatments, sponsoring Mission Trips within the U.S., South America and Europe and providing local housing for those displaced by fire or emergency situations and so much more.
